Sports Physicians are medical doctors that specialise in treating sport-related injuries and conditions. Sports Medicine consultations can assist in accurately diagnosing and treating complex conditions and medical concerns, assess the need for medical imaging/scans or referral to orthopaedic surgeons and administer medical treatments
Advanz Health Pilates classes are run by physiotherapists, ensuring you get specialised supervision and individualised advice during every session. Our group reformer classes are limited to 4 people, which guarantees you’ll receive lots of hands-on guidance, feedback and technique corrections.

Advanz Health houses a dynamic functional training studio which we utilise to train, rehabilitate and improve functional and sporting performance in a unique model. Whether your aim is to recover from an injury or take your sport to the next level, our equipment and expertise has the ability to help you achieve your goals.
Training sessions are dynamic, specific and individualised. Wide ranging apparatus from Rip 60 bands, therabands, Bosu Balls, Swiss Balls, magic rings, foam rollers, Pilates Reformers are all used to achieve a complete goal-focused workout. Sessions can be booked as an individual, pair or group of up to 4 people.

Sports Dietitian’s are the leaders in performance nutrition, translating science into practical dietary advice. We understand that each of our clients require personalised nutrition advice and/or meal plans to achieve specific goals. This may include optimising dietary intake for training, recovery and performance, addressing nutritional deficiencies and/or providing specialised counselling for weight control.
