ONERO™ is an evidence-based exercise program designed specifically for people with osteoporosis and low bone density. Backed by Australian research, it focuses on safe, high-intensity resistance and impact training that helps improve bone health, balance, and confidence.

Who is it for?

  • People diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia

  • Adults over 50 wanting to age strong and stay independent

What’s involved?

  • Initial assessment with one of our trained clinicians

  • 1–2 sessions per week in a small group setting (max 8 people per coach)

  • Ongoing progress tracking and personalised guidance
