Who is it for?
- Adults over 70 wanting to reduce the risk of falls, improve/maintain function, improve strength and balance

Anyone who feels unsure about what exercises are safe for their body
What’s involved?

Initial assessment with one of our physiotherapists or exercise physiologists

1–2 sessions per week in a small group setting (max 8 people per therapist)

Ongoing progress tracking and personalised guidance
