SENIOR STABILITY CLASS

Who is it for?

  • Adults over 70 wanting to reduce the risk of falls, improve/maintain function, improve strength and balance
  • Anyone who feels unsure about what exercises are safe for their body

What’s involved?

  • Initial assessment with one of our physiotherapists or exercise physiologists

  • 1–2 sessions per week in a small group setting (max 8 people per therapist)

  • Ongoing progress tracking and personalised guidance
